I agree that "Stack & Whack" is not a great name, but the technique does produce very cool looking blocks, and always lots of surprises.<br />You might consider sashing in the same light brown as the corners of the blocks so they float, maybe a contrast color (blue or green) as cornerstones. Definitely the feature fabric as an outer border if you have enough left.
