This is the first thing I embroidered with my machine. I've had my machine for just over a year now and have only dabbled with it. My plans this year to to combine quilting and machine embroidery to hopefully create some fabulous projects. 
This is one of the labels I did for the 7 quilts I gave to neices and nephews this past Christmas. The embroidery machine really does labels great....I think this is the only picture I took. I was pressed for time and was sewing labels on till the last day. I made two brothers the same pattern quilt but used slightly different fabric..just like the quilt..brothers are similar but different
Now I'm starting to combine the two crafts I enjoy doing. This quilt was also a Christmas gift to a neice. I finished the quilt and sandwiched it then quilted the small and large flower shapes on each of these alternating blocks. I used pink thread for the top and bobbin thread and it created a nice flower design on the back as well. Do I have a pic...no. Do I have pic of the label...no. Am I going to get better at taking more pictures...yes.
The embroidery machine has a huge learning curve...but I'm learning...I guess that's what matters. Thanks for stopping by. Happy Living...Happy Quilting...Happy Embroidering!
